Happy Butter makes award-winning Organic Grass-fed Ghee here in the West Country. Our ghee is made only using Organic UK sourced butter. Ghee is a fantastically versatile product that can be used in cooking as a replacement for nut and seed oils, or straight out of the jar in something like Bulletproof Coffee or just as a butter replacement on crackers. Ghee can be used on the skin and makes a fantastic lip salve. Suitable for Keto, Paleo, GAPS, FODMAP, Whole30, Banting, and of course traditional Ayurvedic diets, as well as cooking oil for every day. All of our ghee is casein and lactose-free and abundant in vitamins A D E & K. It is grass-fed too! Happy Butter is licenced by the Soil Association.

“I'm almost loathe to write this review as I love this ghee so much and don't want it to go out of stock! But there you go. It's the best ghee out of all the ones I've tasted on the market. It has a rich and caramelised flavour to it. They test for casein content and all of that information is available on their website. I recently thought I'd try the (redacted) ghee to compare as I like their other products - I'm afraid it just doesn't compare to this ghee for flavour. Happy Butter have a customer for life in me! “
