Garlic Confit

Ingredients:


2 bulbs of garlic

150g Happy Butter organic ghee

Thyme

Salt


Peel the garlic and place in a pan with the ghee, thyme and a pinch of salt.


Set on a low heat for about 25 minutes until garlic has started to soften and brown.


Decant into a glass jar to be used as an addition to any meal or on bread.
