Rum & Raisin Fat Bombs
Ingredients:
100g Rum infused ghee
150g ground almonds
Small handful cacao nibs
Small handful raisins
vanilla essence
Dark chocolate for drizzling.
Method:
Put all the ingredients in a food mixer apart from the dark chocolate.
Scoop dessert spoons quantities out and roll into balls, If mixture too wet then add a bit more ground almond.
Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the fat bombs
